There are no returns/exchanges for any charcuterie board that has been open or used. If your board warps or splinters because of misuse or improper cleaning, any and all warranties are null and void. Please see board care instructions for proper cleaning and care.

Warranty and/or exchange of headbands covers stitching defects only. If something rips or tears, Graphics Chef Design will fix and or patch for a fee to be paid by the customer.

Warranties or exchanges can be made within 30 days. Please contact Graphics Chef Design immediately. Anytime after the 30-day period will not be honored.
